Ingredients 3 Raw Mangoes - chopped fine 50 gm Ginger - chopped fine 2 tsp chilli powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds(powdered) 1 tsp Asafoetida powder 1 tsp Mustard seeds(powdered) 2 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Lemon juice or vinegar 1 tbsp refined oil few curry leaves(optional) Directions Mix salt with chopped raw mango and ginger and leave it for 2 hours. Then mix all the other ingredients with this and microwave this for 2 mins on high. That's all!. |
