Ingredients 2 cups Milk(whole) 2 nos. Cardamom 2 nos. Cloves 1 no. Bay leaves ½ tsp. Ginger 2 tsps. Tea leaves Sugar to taste Directions Heat 2 cups of water in a sauce pan, add ginger, clove, bay leaf and green cardamom, let it boil. Add milk, sugar and put tea or tea bags(3-4 nos.) Continue boiling for 2 minutes. Turn the heat off and cover for 2-3 minutes. Place a strainer on the cup and pour about 7/8 cup of the tea concoction into the strainer. |
